About the FJAQ

Afro-Quebec Youth Forum (FJAQ)

Founded in 2016 by young people from the Afro-descendant community of Quebec City, the Forum Jeunesse Afro-Québécois (FJAQ) is a non-profit organization that aims to be a vibrant and innovative laboratory for the integration, civic participation, and empowerment of young people of Afro-descendant descent in Quebec. Through an inclusive approach, by and for young people, the FJAQ supports the emergence of Afro-descendant leaders engaged in Quebec society.

Assignment

The Afro-Quebec Youth Forum (FJAQ) has the mission of mobilizing, equipping and promoting young people of African descent in Quebec in order to strengthen their civic participation, leadership and inclusion in all spheres of society.
